Academy and parents get together for casual pick-up game of touch

Some Attica Springboks academy players and parents met for a casual game of touch this past Saturday June 13, 2020 in Chalandri. While the original plan was to meet at a pitch in Agia Paraskevi, last minute unavailable status of that pitch meant we made alternate arrangements and played on the Attiki Odos overpass park in next to the Chalandri municipal stadium. The casual get together was attended by 10 players of the academy together with 3 parents including Academy Coach Scott. We'll be at the same place next Saturday at 09:00 and all are welcome to join for a bit of passing practice. Directions to the location are here and a short video of the get together is here:

Veterans "Don't call it a BBQ" event on 27 June 2020

Veterans and past players of Attica Springboks are all invited to a "Don't call it a BBQ" event where old and new will meet exchange stories and have a great night out - there will be good food, good wine and good beer. We're being hosted on the roof of The Cube, 73 Aiolou Str, Athens - near Monastiraki.

Looking to dust off your boots, meet up with old friends or perhaps you're looking or get into rugby for the first time? Then come on out to our veterans meetup and meet the players! We field a veterans team that plays when visiting teams come to Athens so we have a place for experienced veterans and players totally new to the game.

Please RSVP using the form below!
